As predicted in my podcast two weeks ago, the Beneficial Ownnership Information Report has made its way to the steps of the Supreme Court.

What's before the court is not the core issue in the case, which is whether or not the Corporate Transparency Act (which authorizes the Report) is constitutional. The question at present is whether the temporary restraing order against enforcement of the CTA is to remain in place while the constitutionality question is adjudicated.

I look at four options which could play out at this point. And I comment on the proliferation of scams that have emerged with regard to the Corporate Transparency Act.
