Since that time I've paid even closer attention to what separates organizations which consistently maintain pacesetting performance from those who struggle to make the grade. What do these pacesetting leaders that sets the organizational performance apart?
I came to conclude that the distinctives of pacesetting organizations can be summarized under four headings: people alignment, culture, and engagement. In this episode I look at each of these four and the critical priorities for pacesetting leaders under each one.
